The Fees Bureau has been established as a specialist division of Mirza & Nacey Research Ltd to provide construction professionals and procurers with thoroughly researched, timely and relevant business operating data.
Reports published by The Fees Bureau are based on exclusive research conducted by a team of professionals who really understand the construction sector.
The two directors Vince Nacey and Aziz Mirza met while working for the RIBA’s Market Research Unit in the 1980’s. We recognised both the importance of, and the shortage of, really good market research in the building industry. In 1989 we established Mirza & Nacey Research.
For the past 19 years we have been providing research and information for professionals and senior managers in commercial firms, professional practices, institutes and public bodies.
